Sheetrock is only as good as its taping. Hung well and finished badly, every joint shows the first time low sunlight crosses the wall.

We frame where a layout is changing, hang board suited to the room — moisture-resistant in bathrooms, fire-rated where it is required — then tape and finish to the level the job actually needs. A wall taking a heavy texture does not need the same finish as one taking gloss paint, and charging for the higher level regardless is a common way to inflate a quote.

Corners, openings and transitions get proper beads rather than a heavy fill.
