How long will my kitchen or bathroom be out of use?
A bathroom is typically two to four weeks and a kitchen three to six, from demolition to final inspection. Custom cabinetry and stone lead times are usually what extends it, so we order those early.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Work that moves plumbing or alters electrical generally requires a permit, and we file for it and schedule the inspections as part of the job.
Can I live in the property during the work?
Usually yes for a kitchen if you can manage without it, and yes for a bathroom if there is a second one. We seal work areas and clean down daily.
