Most problems on a construction job are not technical. They are a scope that was never written down, a price that moved once work started, or a contractor who stopped answering the phone.

We work the other way round. Every job begins with an inspection and a written estimate that includes the parts other quotes leave out — debris removal, permits, and the preparation that decides whether the work lasts. If something changes once we open up a wall or a roof, you hear about it that day, with what it means for the cost and the schedule.

We are licensed and insured, we file permits and schedule inspections as part of the job, and we clean up at the end of each day. None of that is remarkable. It is just what doing the work properly involves.
